What a wonderful Christmas

What a wonderful Christmas we shared this year.  Mark asked me to marry him Christmas Eve and he picked out the most perfect ring.  I can not wait to start planning our wedding, a dream come true!

Our Second Christmas together....love our little tree. It makes me smile, knowing how much it means to both of us. There is something magical that I know we share.

We made Grandpa's Duck Soup recipe tonight in memory of him...we grew up smelling the aroma at his house, many memories filled our hearts and minds. It turned out wonderful and I am sure he would have approved.  Love you!

The heavens gained a good one yesterday! My Grandfather passed away after a long sickness, I know he is in a better place, but it still hurts knowing he is gone. I am thankful for our relationship, I was proud to be his granddaughter.  Love and miss you so much!

I had the opportunity to photograph my younger brother and his little family. My nephew gave me a hard time at first, but he lightened up as time went on.  I didn't get as many as I would have liked, due to night fall, but I hope they are enjoyed.

Two years have passed since you have been gone.  It does not get any easier as time goes on, it only becomes harder.  I wish I could hear your laugh and see your face again.

 I was looking through my old bedroom and I found this beautiful black and white from the Street Fair 1991.  We were only 9 years old, you were always making me laugh.  Thank you Adam for making me laugh...not a day goes by that we don't think of you and remember.  Love you and miss you everyday!
