Profile-Elijah
Had to follow around a person for a few hours and photograph him. Very interesting and fun. He is always on the go, a little hard to keep up with his pace, but managed to capture some moments.

Skate Shooting
Did my first shoot at a skate park, very interesting and enjoyable to watch. All of them have this passion and love for this sport. People of all ages were there just having a good time, and wanting to be part of their crowd. Tricks were going left and right, hard to capture what I was seeking, but managed to get one good shot of a rider. Wanted to portray design elements, but also capture a moment that was intriguing.
Simple/Complex
I found some simple, but very complex subjects that were quite appealing to my eye. Beauty is suttle, but can also be a muddy mess.

Macedonia Time
What to Expect

When I go to photograph, I try to find more than what is on the outside, but at times tend to capture only that. My mind is so boggled by trying to find certain images to express what I am feeling and thinking that I end up doing the opposite. I need to discipline myself and have more direction. I am striving toward this day by day.

Rain Down
Life seems to give us moments that we tend to lose in our environment. The world around us at times suffocates, and scary to think what we miss.

See u later
Goodbye....the word echoes in my mind often, and makes me feel uneasy. I rather say see you later or see you soon. There has to be something else to hang on to, we wouldn't be living this life if this was the end.
The constants in life that will help us through.....

SCIO TIME
I am home for the weekend to gather with friends and family, so excited and happy to be here!! Haven't had a lot of time to miss home, but now that I am here it feels great. People say that home is where the heart is, and it is 100% true. The heart can travel of course, but when it's home it's home.

PhotoWalking
Another early morning....my body is beginning to dislike this ritual. My days are longer though, which for me is great, but mind and body shut down a little earlier. I realized the last couple days of all the beauty around me in this strange place that I am beginning to become acquainted with or thrown into. new world colliding....beauty and pain wrapped into one.
-Something is everything.
everything is nothing.
nothing is something.

Early AM

I woke up earlier than normal today to shoot at Highland Park. When I first got there it was desolate, and I wondered if I had chose the wrong place. Once I started exploring though, I found some interesting places and things. At times nature prevails, but man is always close behind. Nothing is untouched anymore, sad to think that most things have been altered by humans.
Stoneybrook Land
The park was so beautiful, and it was great exploring every inch of it. The picnic with the class was also very nice. Lots of yummy food!

Grub Time
Today we had a class field trip at Stoneybrook Park. It was very beautiful and a great chance to get out of Rochester. (pics of park will be uploaded by tomorrow) Very long day though....for dinner we stopped an ate these wonderful creations AKA Garbage plates at DogTown. The best part is they can only be found in Rochester.
So filling, and so wrong.
They make my days....wonderful friends;)

Doesn't it look amazing....everything you have ever dreamed about.
Bottom right: my delicious hotdog with sweet potatoe fries.

He was so proud of his garden. When I pulled up he was watering it. So cool.....
